Dr. Fallin was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, but spent most of his childhood in Oklahoma City. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Dr. Fallin completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas and the University of Memphis. While in college, he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. Dr. Fallin then attended the University of Tennessee Medical Center College of Dentistry where he earned his DDS degree.

Dr. Fallin is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Oklahoma County Dental Society. Other professional affiliations include: Past President Academy of GP Orthodontics, Past Director Oklahoma County Dental Society, Recipient International College of Dentists Awards, Oklahoma City County Health Dept. Board Member, President of Oklahoma Dental Foundation, Former Faculty OU Health Science Center College of Dentistry, Former Faculty University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Dr. Fallin is also a member of the honorary Pierre Fauchard Academy, and has been published in the Oklahoma Dental Journal.

Dr. Fallin is a member of the local Rotary Club. He and his family attend the All Souls Episcopal church. Dr. Fallin has a son, Price, age 11, and a daughter, Christina, age 14.

Dr. Fallin enjoys flying (he is an instrument rated private pilot), snow skiing, sailing (racing), tennis, and guitar. He also enjoys film production, still photography, and acting (he is a member of the Screen Actors Guild).
